Icy Snowflakes

Isn't this a dainty, pretty card? And so easy to make! I used the SU wheel called Jolly, I really think this little wheel is overlooked!

I layered it and added a couple of small pearls  and some punched snowflakes....love it!

What I used:

Cardstock:  Bashful Blue and Whisper White

Stamp Set: SU Jolly Wheel, Best Yet (Hostess Retired)

Accessories:  Small pearls, Snowflake punch, Crystal Stickles, Scallop Border Punch
